Lifetime Limited Warranty

NINA BLINDS & SHADES warrants all its custom products for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (or otherwise set forth as below), PROVIDED THAT such products were properly installed in residential dwellings. The Nina Blinds & Shades Lifetime Limited Warranty is described as below.

Covered

• Nina Blinds & Shades products are covered for perfects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate.
• All internal mechanisms components & brackets.
  
• Operational cords for a full 7 years from the date of purchase
• A full 5 year from the date of purchase for paint finished on all wood products
• Repairs and/ or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products

Not Covered

• Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
  
• Improper maintenance or handling
• Abuse, accidents, misuse or alteration to the product
• Fire, flood or Acts of God
• Exposure to the elements ( sun damage, wind water, moisture) or discoloration over time
• Failure to follow our instruction with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance
  
• Shipping charges, cost of removal and re-installation
  

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OFF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES In no event shall NINA BLINDS & SHADES be liable or responsible of INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some state do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other right which may vary from state to state.
